How it works

Basement Realty handles brokerage-to-brokerage placement and referral paperwork so you can remain a referral source without taking on transaction responsibilities.

āœ“Join and sign the agreement. Eligible Florida Sales Associates complete the online application and independent contractor agreement.
āœ“Pay the $159 annual fee. After your application is received, Basement Realty sends your annual administration-fee invoice.
āœ“Submit a referral. Give Basement Realty the client information and the brokers arrange placement with an appropriate brokerage.
āœ“Get paid after closing. Referral compensation is disbursed according to your independent contractor agreement after funds are received and cleared.
